Javier A. Suarez's story begins with his grandmother — a Cuban immigrant with no college education who transformed herself into a self-made businesswoman capable of supporting a family of four. She planted the seeds of real estate in Javier's DNA, recruiting him to work open houses while he was still in middle school.

When his father was diagnosed with ALS shortly after Javier was born, and passed away when Javier was just two, his mother was left with $200 and a child to raise. That foundation of resilience — of building something from nothing — became the bedrock of everything Javier would go on to create.

A proud father of four and devoted husband to his wife Joana, Javier's life and work are deeply rooted in his faith and guided by a legacy of perseverance and purpose.
